NDIS 2025-2026

Starting July 1 , 2025, these policies must be followed. These policies are reflective of the new NDIS guidelines.

How to Claim Travel

  • Travel time is based on your actual travel time to and/or from the client.

  • The maximum chargeable time per trip is 30 minutes (each way).

  • You can claim travel for both the trip to the client and the trip back if you’re only seeing one client.

  • If you see more than one client in the same trip, split the travel time and claim amount fairly between the clients.

  • Always include the travel details:

      • Start and end location (suburb is fine).

      • Travel time (in minutes).

    • Put travel charges as separate item from therapy sessions.
