NDIS 2025-2026
Starting July 1 , 2025, these policies must be followed. These policies are reflective of the new NDIS guidelines.
How to Claim Travel
Travel time is based on your actual travel time to and/or from the client.
The maximum chargeable time per trip is 30 minutes (each way).
You can claim travel for both the trip to the client and the trip back if you’re only seeing one client.
If you see more than one client in the same trip, split the travel time and claim amount fairly between the clients.
Always include the travel details:
Start and end location (suburb is fine).
Travel time (in minutes).
- Put travel charges as separate item from therapy sessions.
